✨ Job Summary:
Are you natural on camera, passionate about creating engaging short-form video content, and eager to help others learn and grow? Intellectual Point, a leader in educational training and workforce development, is seeking a Video Content Creator and Host to produce compelling short videos for social media platforms that enhance our brand, drive engagement, and improve SEO.

🔮 Responsibilities:

Short Form Content Creation (60%)

  • Create engaging, camera-ready content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.

  • Develop a variety of video styles: educational, promotional, informative, and meme-style content.

  • Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

  • Use video editing tools or work with in-house editors for polished videos.

  • Monitor trends and recommend strategic changes for video content.

  • Analyze and optimize video performance and ROI.

  • Produce branded content for clients based on current trends.

SEO and Engagement (15%)

  • Optimize videos for SEO using relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions.

  • Experiment with platform algorithms to maximize engagement.

Audience Growth and Community Building (15%)

  • Build and engage the online community with marketing teams.

  • Represent Intellectual Point authentically in all video content.

Always Innovating (10%)

  • Stay ahead of social media trends.

  • Suggest new formats, ideas, and techniques for video production.

⛳ Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video hosting, content creation, or similar roles.

  • Exceptional on-camera presence and engagement skills.

  • Strong understanding of short-form video trends and platforms.

  • Research skills in topics like Cybersecurity, AI/ML, GenAI, and Cloud Computing.

  • Passion for education, technology, and workforce development.

  • Creative storytelling and technical skills for video editing/production.
